We advise you to check carefully the condition of the products during the receipt of your order and make sure that the packaging is intact, in order to trace possible obvious defects. All products are carefully checked before the shipment.

The returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The returned products are in perfect condition, having all their labels on and their receipt.
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days from the date you received your purchase.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE

To return your order, please complete the special return form you found in the original package that was delivered to you. Otherwise, you can communicate with our customer service department in the email [email protected] or by phone at +302108944883. To deliver the parcel, please check the information down below.

The Explorer offers the delivery cost for the first return of an entire order or part of it, as well as the transport cost for re-delivery FREE OF CHARGE. In case of a second return of the same order, delivery cost must be covered by the customer. The returning parcel must be sent via Geniki Taxydromiki or Speedex courier. In case you prefer to choose any other courier service, the delivery charges applied to you. Hellenic Post (ELTA) is not accepted. Free of charge service applies only for deliveries within Greece. 

Exchanges may be processed on the current prices. 

CREDITING OF ACCOUNT

As soon as the return has been processed, the customer will receive a code for the total value of the return items. The code may be used on the following order placed on www.the-explorer.gr. 

Store Credit can be used one time only on a future order during 12 months, then will be expired,

It must be used in its entirety on an order that is either equal to or greater than the value of the store credit,

It is not cumulative with other store credits and cannot be used on sales. 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

In case that the product you received is defective or different from the one you had ordered, please communicate with us at [email protected] or by phone at +302108944883. As soon as we receive your parcel, we will send you the new one. The Explorer is totally responsible for the delivery charges.

MONEY REFUND PROCEDURE

In case you want a refund, please complete the special return form included in the original package that was delivered to you (with as many information as possible) or download it by clicking here (within 15 business days). Products that are on sale are not refundable.

The customer is responsible to return the parcel and paying the full cost/charge of the return. You can choose any courier service except for Hellenic Post. (ELTA). 

The refund of your money will be made through the same payment method that you had used for your original purchase.

Cash on delivery: The amount will be refunded to the account set out in the return form.

The refund contains the whole amount that you paid on your original purchase. We are entitled to delay the reimbursement until goods are delivered back to us. Money refund is available only for orders from our e-shop and it is not an option for gifts and gift cards. Any potential bank transfer cost that might be applied by the bank is not our responsibility.

Important Information

  • The returning parcel must be sent at The Explorer, 2a Esperidon Square, P.c. 166 74, Glyfada, Tel. (+30) 2108944883. 
  • Your package should contain a. The returning product b. The return form enclosed, filled with the required information and c. your receipt.

    In case you are about to make product exchange and prefer to choose other courier services instead of Speedex courier, then you are responsible of paying the full cost/charge of your return. Hellenic Post. (ELTA) is not accepted. The responsibility for returning the product to The Explorer warehouses is exclusively yours. 

  • For orders from abroad, the customers are responsible for the delivery charges. 
  • For hygiene reasons, our company shall not accept return of swimwear.

ORDER CANCELLATION

To cancel any order or a part of it before shipping and delivery by courier, it is necessary to contact with us. There are two ways of cancellation:
